Put Closing on Your Calendar
Now that the inspection period has ended, it’s safe to add the closing date to your calendar.
Pre-Sign vs. Attend in Person
Most sellers do not attend closing. Instead, you’ll pre-sign the seller documents with the title company ahead of time. Please contact your title company about one week before closing to schedule your pre-sign appointment.
Prefer to attend closing and sign at the table? Just let us know and we’ll coordinate with title.
Tip: Don't forget to bring a valid photo ID to your signing, and confirm any notarization or witness requirements with the title company when you book the appointment.
