You’re excited (we are too!) and showings are coming up. By now you should be set up on an MLS search and receiving new results regularly. This is where we zero in on the one.
What to Do When the MLS Email Arrives
- Check the email daily and review new/updated listings.
- Mark listings as Interested, Maybe, or Not Interested so we can sort quickly.
- Add questions in the listing’s Comments—we monitor those and will get answers for you.
- If something is a must-see, text or email us immediately with your availability so we can try to secure the earliest time.
Scheduling notes: Some sellers require 24 hours’ notice; same-day showings aren’t always possible.
- Typical hours: Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–7:30 PM
- Typical hours: Sat–Sun 10:00 AM–6:30 PM
- In spring/summer, great homes can sell in 3–4 days—checking your MLS email daily is key.
Once we know your availability, we’ll book the showings and send a text/email with the meet location and times.
Quick Showing Tips
- Wear comfortable slip-on shoes—we often remove shoes at each property.
- Bring a tape measure and take notes/photos to compare homes later.
- We’ll also be networking off-market options while you review MLS results.
There’s usually no need to continue searching Zillow/Trulia/etc.—those listings should appear in your MLS feed. If you notice something missing, tell us and we’ll adjust your search criteria.
