Decluttering & Staging Plan
Once the paperwork is complete, we’ll walk through your home room by room with you to create a comprehensive plan:
- Items to declutter and donate/store
- Furniture to rearrange, remove, or place in storage
- Which rooms (if any) would benefit from professional staging
Our Typical Approach
Unless the property is vacant, we usually don’t need a third-party stager. We often bring artwork and small accent pieces from our own homes—free—to enhance what you already have.
Vacant Homes
If the home is vacant and staging makes sense, we’ll gather quotes from several staging companies and help you pick the best option. You would pay the staging company directly for their services.
After Staging/Decluttering
When your personalized list is complete, let us know and we’ll schedule our professional photographer to capture your home at its best.
