Jean did a wonderful job of helping us price our home. She did a lot of research and came up with a number that was spot on. She gave us great advice about staging the house. She also gave us great advice about when to list the house and when to have an open house and went to look at offers. She knew the area of Edwardsville very well. In addition she went above and beyond what a realtor traditionally does. For example she volunteered to mow our lawn when we were out of town. She periodically checked on the property when we were out of town. She went in and made sure that doors were locked lights were on, etc. we know she had multiple properties listed… But she always made us feel like we were number one in her book. She was always available and responsive to our questions. She was reassuring throughout the entire sale process!
